Material is tranferred from client to extraction team where it is then inspected & weighed to verify accuracy & mass. Once verified it is given a Batch ID in compliance with all State Regulatory & Compliance mandates and all necessary paperwork is generated.

Solvation
10:1 Ethanol to Pure Extract
Pure Extract is heated and emulsified in a solvation tank with ethanol prior to winterization in order to dissolve fats & waxes
Winterization & Filtering
Refinement
Pure Extract is chilled in order to separate residual lipids & waxes. This step further isolates the cannabinoids and increases potency.
Solvent Recovery
Refinement
Filtered Extract is then added to a rotary evaporator where it is delicated heated to a low temperature with moderate vacuum depth in order to recover all residual solvents. The result is a high potency contentrated oil which can be used for many medicinal purposes.
Distillation
Spinning Band Distillation
This concentrated oil can further undergo distillation in order to increase purity and potency. This is achieved by separating the various oils inherent in the concentrated oil based upon their specific boiling points.
